Introducing two international ministry opportunities.

As followers of Christ, we are called to take the good news of the gospel, the light of the world, to the ends of the earth. We are blessed to have a liturgical calendar that trains us to inhabit God’s story, allowing the life of Christ to shape both our personal faith and the shared life of the Church over time.

Gracious and everliving Father, you have given the Holy Spirit to abide with us for ever: Bless, we pray, with the Holy Spirit’s grace and presence, the Bishops of the Province who assemble in your Name; that your Church, being preserved in true faith and godly discipline, may fulfill the will of him who loved her and gave himself for her, your Son Jesus Christ our Savior; who now lives and reigns with you and the same Spirit, one God, now and for ever.  Amen.

Advent Evening Prayer with Bishops

The New Wineskins Conference has a special place in my heart. The Holy Spirit uses the conference to refresh and challenge me. 

There were so many such stories—testimonies of courage, faith, and the miraculous power of God—that left me awestruck.

As one Anglican bishop in a war-torn region of Nigeria explained, the light of the Gospel shines brightest when everything around us is the darkest.

This communication is to notify you of a new proposed liturgical resource, The Book of Occasional Offices, and to solicit your feedback over the next 12 months to strengthen and improve this as a resource for our province.

Theologian Brian Brock writes that in lament we “remain open to God by expressing our suffering and pain. In keeping the lines of communication open with God, we are prepared to also expose our hurts to the community of God’s people.” Access Leadership Network invites you to come with us before God. 

The College of Bishops convened in Melbourne, Florida, from January 13 to 17, 2025, for their annual January meeting. This gathering provided a valuable opportunity for fellowship, worship, and strategic planning for the Anglican Church in North America.

Through worship, prayer, teaching, and partnership, the New Wineskins Conference gathers cross-cultural workers, global partners, mission agencies, resource ministries, and the global church to discover effective ways to collaborate with God and one another to fulfill the Great Commission!
