This summer, Church of the Apostles (Fairfax, VA) housed a summer Bible study for girls. The theme was "A Seed to Sow" as they spent time together studying Luke 8:15.

Church of the Good Shepherd (Lynchburg, VA) invited vendors and local partners to attend their first annual Neighborhood Block Party.

God has much to say in the Scriptures about protecting and caring for vulnerable people. This is foundational to being God’s people. We are called to advocate for the powerless and to protect those who are vulnerable. We do this because this is God’s character and will. Simply put, God’s heart is for the vulnerable because God is a God of justice, mercy, and love.

Over 100 elementary children explored the beautiful way God has made us in His image.

A year-round weekly ministry since 2020, Storytime in the Park hosted by All Saints’ Church in Woodbridge, VA, continues to serve our community and church families and children.

Multiple generations of from Corpus Christi Anglican Church served their neighbors experiencing housing insecurity.

Each of these workshops satisfies the diocesan training requirements for clergy, vestry members, staff and volunteers who work with youth or children.

Bishop Chris braved frigid temperatures to continue a beloved Incarnation tradition: our annual visit from Saint Nicholas!

Church of the Apostles (COA) in Fairfax, VA, continues a 20-year tradition of supporting the St. Nicholas orphanage in Karen, Kenya.

This Apostles, filled 32 backpacks with the requested supplies from each student's class.

September is Child Protection Training Month for Clergy of the Diocese.

Church of the Apostles (COA) in Fairfax, VA, continues a 20-year tradition of supporting the St. Nicholas orphanage in Karen, Kenya, in the completion of a recent visit from November 6 – 18, 2023.

Shade School in Tanzania is expanding, adding the third grade, and enrolling 56 new students in January 2024! While this is wonderful news, these students need a ride to school!
