The priestly calling is both rewarding and challenging, but what happens when the rewards and challenges are out of balance? This session will review the results of a 2025 study of nearly 200 ACNA priests, identify aspects of ministry that are most challenging, and offer recommendations to restore balance. The presenter will also share insights from counselor training programs that prepare counselors for work in a highly emotional field.
