International Albinism Awareness Day
Shade is hosting a virtual event for International Albinism Awareness Day on June 13 at 8 p.m. ET. IAAD is a day dedicated to raising awareness and advocating for the human rights of people with albinism. This year's theme is "Demanding Our Rights: Protect Our Skin, Preserve Our Lives." Shade's Tanzanian Director, John Migila, a person with albinism, and Shade's founder, Claire Fedele, will be sharing at this event.
