More Winter Weather Across the East Coast.

In January, extreme winter weather hit a large portion of the United States, bringing freezing temperatures, sheets of ice, and inches of snow to cities that don’t usually expect such weather and therefore don’t have adequate systems in place to deal efficiently with such conditions.
