The Director of Operations serves as the Diocese’s chief financial and operational officer, providing CFO-level leadership alongside comprehensive operational oversight. As a full-time senior member of the diocesan leadership team, this role serves on the diocesan executive leadership team alongside the Canon to the Ordinary and ensures that financial stewardship, organizational systems, and operational practices faithfully support the mission of the Diocese.
