Diocesan Administrator

Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic (DOMA)
Full-Time, Exempt

The Diocesan Administrator serves as the Bishop’s principal officer for the financial and operational life of the diocese. This is a senior, trusted, full-time role tasked with keeping the household of the diocese in order so that the Bishop, the Canon to the Ordinary, and diocesan staff are freed to give themselves to the mission of the Church.

The Diocesan Administrator holds two primary responsibilities: (1) financial oversight, planning, and stewardship; and (2) operational prioritization — helping staff stay aligned with diocesan priorities, managing the rhythms of the office, and attending to the HR and administrative needs of a healthy, well-functioning organization.
