Mike Jones

I have spent 30 years in overseas and local church ministry and am passionate about helping people and organisations thrive emotionally, spiritually and relationally.

Seven years ago I nearly died when I run over by a car. After months of physical pain and recovery I found I was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This affected my memory, body and patterns of reaction.

Recovering from trauma took me to excellent therapy which got me halfway back to flourishing. Then the Lord led is into a world where Christians understood the trauma I was in and helped me learn skills and heal. This is a branch of Christianity that has integrated listening to God, Scripture and the insights of neuroscience.

Through the insights of three related ministries: Life Model, Immanuel Approach and Heart Sync my walk with God got closer, my relationships with others warmer and my ministry was transformed.

We started a course called Joyskills in our local church helping people and this gradually spread as people's lives were being changed. Now I continue as a vicar and help other leaders bring their church, organisations and lives into a more flourishing way of life.
