The Finance Committee of the Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic regularly receives questions from churches about how to set and assess clergy compensation. In response, we have created the attached compensation resource. We hope the information in this document will prove helpful to our churches as they make clergy compensation determinations within their unique local contexts, needs, and constraints. This resource is not intended as a set of guidelines or rules, but simply as a help!
