This year World Mission Sunday will be celebrated on February 8, 2026. It is a day set apart in the life of the Church to focus intentionally on God’s mission to the world. It calls congregations and individuals to pray for, support, and participate in the proclamation of the Gospel among all peoples, especially those who have not yet heard about or received Christ. This day emphasizes that mission is not a specialized activity for a few, but a calling entrusted to the whole Church by Christ Himself (Matthew 28:18–20).
